I am a 43-year-old mother of 3. My oldest is 23, then I have a daughter that is 10 and my youngest son is 8 1/2 I started caring for children when I was 12 and have loved it ever since! I'm passionate about what I do because I believe that inside every child is the potential to be someone great. I believe that there needs to be more individuals like myself that wish to nurture that instead of squashing it. I get so emotional when I hear about child abuse and neglect. I just feel like I am helping when I care for children. I had my own in-home daycare for a couple years when my little ones were born and absolutely loved it. Any opportunity to spend time with my babies is a bonus for me. I know all too well how fast they grow up since my oldest is 23.
