I was so excited when Christina and I signed our nanny contract three weeks before her start date. Two days before her start, we emailed confirming I would see her Monday morning at 7am. But, when she didn't arrive that first day and she did not contact us in any way, I was very concerned. After calling twice, texting twice and emailing once without any response, I logged on to Sittercity to discover she has logged in that same day. She was a no show, no contact and was already looking for another job! I had to take an extra week off work without pay, disappoint my bosses, pay an extra month subscription to Sittercity, and start the interview process all over. It was a horrible experience. It has been 5 days and I still haven't heard a word. So sad!
