My name is Tiffani Merwin and I am a sophomore at North Central College. I am studying Psychology in hopes of helping people later on. I have always loved children and helped raise my nine year old brother. I have been babysitting for about 6 years. Before coming to college, I babysat for two boys ages 7 and 9. I would pick them up from different schools, help them with homework, and cook them dinner. I would have to spend extra time tutoring them on several subjects such as reading and math. I also did a few things around the house such as dishes and laundry. Most of all, I spent time interacting with the boys. I love being able to build bonds with children and help them grow as people. I am also ServSafe certified. I am looking for another babysitting job because I miss the connections I had Read more with my previous boys. I still watch them when I am home from school but I am looking for a job here in Naperville.
