Lorena watched my 10mos old and 3 year old while I worked from home. She was very kind and caring to the children and I didn't have to explain much - she knows what she's doing! She played the entire time with the kids. And I never heard my little one cry at all (neither did). I would definitely have Lorena back with us. Great with short notice, too.
