I have been an overnight camp counselor for the past 6 summers at an all girls camp (ages 6-16) in northern Wisconsin. While being a counselor, I have learned how to be a caretaker for children and how to help them reach their full potential! As a counselor, I have taught activities, manners, daily routines, life skills, and most important self-confidence. I graduated from the University of Alabama this past December with a degree in Social work! I am planning on attending graduate school in the future and am excited to for what the future holds. During my time at Alabama, I volunteered with a preschool for a year. While at the preschool, I got to work with children in special education individually as well. During my last semester at Alabama, I was an intern at 3 three elementary schools as a School Social Worker.
