Hi! My name is Jordan I am a 23 year old student currently enrolled at the National Academy of Sports Medicine studying Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching. Along with being CPR/AED certified, I have experience caring for children ranging from 6 months to 12 years old, as well as children with special needs and accommodations. I am passionate about health and wellness and believe that proper nutrition and exercise are an integral part of childhood. Recreationally, I have recently started teaching myself American Sign Language and I believe there are many benefits to teaching children to sign as a way to communicate their needs before they are able to do so vocally. I have a very flexible schedule and would love to hear from you about how I can benefit your family!
