Disappointed in booking Melissa twice- once she had to cancel but at least that time gave me 2 days notice. My mistake in attempting to hire again only to have her stand me up and leave me stranded trying to figure out what to do with 3 kids that needed a sitter. Confirmed with her multiple times and then couldn't get her on the phone when she overslept. Buyer beware!
