Children have always been a joy in my life, and over 4 years as a nanny I have begun to turn that love into a career. Combined with my previous experience as a substitute teacher, I have knowledge and skills to support a wide variety of fun and educational activities with the kids. College studies included English Secondary Education (also early childhood development) and Speech Language Pathology (speech therapy.) Professionally, I’ve cared for newborns up to 9 years old and worked with three families. With two children of my own, and 10 nieces and nephews, I've had plenty of 'off the clock' experience, as well. It is thrilling to watch young souls discover the world and their talents. By incorporating language, math, art and music into everyday activities, learning flows with the day naturally.
