Hello, parents! I am a passionate, experienced and energetic caregiver looking for part-time to full-time work within the North Shore area. My experience goes all the way back to my childhood years helping my sister with babysitting gigs. From there I went on to taking my own babysitting and nanny jobs and over the past 4 years I have been working with families, including my own, nearly nonstop. In 2015 I worked with a family in Glen Ellyn watching two girls, a 2 month old and a 2 year old, for a little over a year until my sister became pregnant with my nephew and I left on great terms with that family to watch my nephew full time. I helped raise him for a year until my brother and sister-in-law announced they were expecting and begged me to come watch my niece upon her arrival! Timing worked out perfectly Read more as my sister found a job where she could say at home with my nephew. I have a love and passion for watching little ones learn and grow. Children have amazing minds and personalities from the start which is an absolute joy of mine to help foster. As previously implied, I have lots of experience working with ages ranging from 1 month old infants to adolescents. I am competent and confident with bottle preparation, swaddling, development of consistent schedules and routines, meal preparation, etc... I am familiar with Child Development not only from my experience working with children but also from a few courses taken at Loyola University Chicago while working to attain my bachelors degree in Psychology which I received in 2014.
