I am 22-years-old. I am an experienced, attentive, safety conscious, energetic, patient, kind, fun-loving nanny. I can honestly say that I love kids and I love spending my days with them. A little about me: I have experience with all ages of children. I enjoy athletics and the outdoors, music and arts & crafts, cooking and baking, movies and board games, and going to parks and museums. I am very health conscious. I don't eat a lot of fast food and whenever possible I opt for all natural, organic, and/or minimally processed foods. Whether you have a similar lifestyle or not, I strive to limit sugar and push fruits and veggies! That said, I do enjoy baking various pastries. I balance that by only allowing one of something that sugary 1-2 times a day, if that! I am a big believer in getting down on the floor to play. I'm Read more comfortable around pets and other animals. I grew up with a golden retriever so I'm good with big ones too. I like to mix in educational inspired activities and spins as much as possible. I love reading to children. Some of my favorites include various titles by Dr. Suess and also "Goodnight Moon". I'm great with homework help. Dependent upon age I like to encourage kids to learn how to care for themselves like brushing teeth, dressing themselves etc as well as manners and chores like making their bed and bringing their dishes to the sink. I drive a safe, reliable, fuel-efficient, and surprisingly roomy 2010 Toyota Prius. I am an excellent driver and have even become accustomed to both scheduling and shuttling to various lessons, games, practices, appointments, and parties for my employers as well errand running. It's worth mentioning that I prefer to be paid in cash. Ideally, I'd like to find a long-term position for a growing family with young children, but I'm potentially open to shorter term too. I'm so thankful to have found Eliza. She has spent several overnights with my twelve year old daughter and I trust that my girl is in good hands with Eliza. She is insightful, responsible, fun and goes the extra mile to make her time with my daughter special. She has shown up on very short notice, is always in good spirits and has a great personality. Eliza has recently started watching our son and she is wonderful! She is attentive, active with him and has a wonderful, lively personality! Our son absolutely adores her and runs to greet her everytime she comes. She is always on time and has more than once been able to come on short notice.
