I am a wife and mother of seven fantastic children ranging in ages from 4 to 24. Aside from my own children I have years experience in working with newborns and their families. I have worked in the healthcare and family service fields for the last 14 years. I have worked in pediatric specialty clinics and in the Children's Hospital. I was Kindergarten substitute teacher and I also served as a child care provider for the infants room and toddler class. Over time I have acquired an abundance of information and I love to share it. I have been working exclusively with newborns as a night nanny and sleep trainer for a year now and have many references and positive reviews. I love children of all ages, but have a particular passion for serving families with their newborns. I love everything baby. I am in awe of new life and really enjoy the experience of caring for and nurturing babies. My own children were all breastfed but I have experience with babies and parents who breast or bottle feed. I also have experience with special needs children, as well as babies who have colic, GERD/Reflux, and simply "fussy" babies. I am also a Certified Nurse Assistant and Medical Assistant. I am CPR and first aid certified as a healthcare worker, which covers infants and adults. Being a mother myself, I understand that this can be a challenging time. As a newborn care specialist, it would be a privilege to assist you in all aspects of your baby’s care. By applying my knowledge and expertise I can help to make this special time less difficult and trying and advise you in creating an easy and relaxing routine for you and your newborn.
