My name is Arden Clark and I am 29 years old. I have been providing care for over 15 years now for children in a variety of ways. I currently live in Richmond, Indiana and looking to relocate to the Cincinnati area. I have been working as an Education Coordinator at a Residential Treatment Facility. Before working here I was working for Department of Child Services in Indiana as a Case Manager. I have worked in schools in different positions and also have been a nanny for a family in the past. I love children! I have always wanted to work with children and be part of their growing up and learning. I feel as though my outgoing attitude and my positive attitude allows me to connect with children of all ages. I have worked with children who have disabilities and have a lot of patience for difficult situations. I Read more think it's very important for children to be outside and not sitting infront of a TV or IPad. I grew up spending time outside playing games, going to parks and musuems and being adventurous. It's crucial in how I work with children and activities I plan for the children. Being a child is about having fun and laughing but at the same time learning respect and responsibility. I definitly love order and maintaining an organized and clean environement. I also enjoy cooking, baking, doing various art activities and trying to come up with exciting activities.
