I don't have any previous nanny experience specifically, but I've helped care for kids my whole life. I've worked for a day care for 6 months full-time and spent a summer working at a center for disadvantaged youth. I have also volunteered for a Christian disability ministry. I have extensive experience in housework, errands, cooking, etc.; specifically, training in cooking and caring for people with severe food allergies. I enjoy all of the above, especially cooking, and would love the opportunity. I just graduated with an Associates Degree in Dramatic Productions. As a part of that degree, I have two years of extensive hands-on experience teaching/working with children of all ages. I am currently pursuing options for completing my Bachelor's Degree. I'm very creative and love to learn. Some of my hobbies are: reading, writing, dramatic arts, singing/music, art and crafts. I am interested in learning sign language (ASL), and Read more am potentially looking at taking a class this fall. I know very basic sign already. I love working with kids. I especially enjoy reading with kids and helping teach/tutor on a one-on-one basis. I also have experience in teaching/tutoring. I also have experience in doing and teaching all of the following: sewing, knitting, crocheting, painting (artistically, as well as interior and exterior painting), decorating, wood working (again, artistically as well as on a larger scale), and so much more.
