Most of my experience comes from watching over my own siblings. I have a 2 year old sister that I babysat mostly when she was first born. I have 3 brothers. 1 is 7 years old and I've babysat him since he was born. I have babysat my other brother some over the years and a 23-year-old that has a mental retardation. He hasn't needed to be watched over, but I know how to handle people with special needs from growing up with him.
