I have babysat occasionally for family and friends. I also have worked in a kindergarten classroom my senior year of high school ( 2016-17). This has provided me with experience working with children in an academic setting and my training under an experienced teacher has shown me games to play and books to read with younger children. This also means I am very comfortable with taking care of multiple children at a time. I am a current student at Purdue University, I am very passionate about the welfare of children and education in early childhood, though my two majors are history and communications. I would make the child or children my number one priority while they were in my care. I would do activities or arts and crafts with the children, with permission from the parents.
