I have experience with child care on and off throughout the years since early adolescence. In that time I have cared for as few as 1 child to as many as 6 children at a time within a wide range of age groups (from infant to teens). Duties included with care have included pick ups and drop offs, some tutoring, meal prep, house cleaning and general time spent participating in activities with them. I am very patient and compassionate and get along well with every child. I'm open to and willing to follow the guidelines of any parenting technique that parents or guardians choose to follow. I am also a massage therapist with training in infant massage. I have had CPR and First Aid training multiple times although my certification is currently expired. I would be willing to update my certification if required to do so. I also have personal Read more experience caring for the elderly having had 2 grandparents who suffered from Alzheimer's and Dementia. Care for them included general accident prevention prior to the bedridden stage of disease, attempts at feeding, assistance with bathing and toilet use; later followed by diaper management, and geriatric massage to help with stress during times of confusion. I also have a lot of experience caring for domestic and exotic animals as a zookeeper so am willing to consider any pets as part of the care giving duties.
