My name is Alison Smiley, I am 24 years old and just recently moved to Lawrence in order to attend the masters program for Music Therapy at KU. I have been watching children from an early age but when I first became a college student I sent most summers working as a nanny. I love children, and for a short time I worked as a Disney princess in Canada were we worked closely with the Make a Wish Foundation. My time spent nannying, as well as my time working the the MAWF, and my background in music and arts has strongly effected the path I am pursuing in my life. I hope to always work with children, so nannying while I complete my masters degree is the perfect thing for me. I have a light school schedual available most days by 11am or 12 on through the evening.
