I am a 26 year-old married woman with a current KS teaching license (K-12) who is looking to use my skills as an educator to benefit others, specifically in the home-school setting. I have worked full-time in an elementary school, leading small groups of advanced and below-level readers, tutoring students one-on-one, and dealing with severe behaviors; I have been a substitute teacher for a couple years, working in all ages and class types; I have worked in the public recreation field, doing both clerical and instructional jobs including teaching sports and leading groups in summer-camp settings; I have worked at a private Christian preschool, assisting the lead teacher with discipline, art activities, and general logistics.
