For the past 8 years I have worked with children in a daycare setting (which to me is a lot like babysitting just not in a home) and I understand the demands of each child is different. Within the 8 years of working with children there was one time where I had worked in a home as a personal caretaker for a disabled child. I have my retained and renewed my CDA (Child Development Associates) & CPR card. Children are one of my passions and I love to have a good time with them. A writing that I read a few years back that I made my motto: "A Childhood is not a Race but a Journey" and helping a child along their life's journey puts a smile on my face.
