Hello, my name is Kaitlin. With being the oldest of 3 kids I was always voluntarily the babysitter, until I got to the age where it was required. It's safe to say that I have YEARS of experience. But professionally I have 3 years of caring for small and young children. I was a nanny for 2 years, where I cared for a 11 month old, 3 year old, and a 7 year old.
