Hello, My name is Kelsey Weatherford, I am living in Paducah and I am 23 years old. I have an amazing daughter that will be two in December, I am engaged, and my fiance Tony is employed as a Kentucky State Trooper. Tony is also certified as a Fire /Rescue instructor with Concord Fire Department, and he will be renewing my certification in CPR and First-Aid.
