She came to meet me and I explained her all the work she will be expected to do. I did talk to her about salary as well. She agreed to all my terms and conditions. She came one morning for work and the same morning after spending 2 hrs she left and sends me a text message that she will not be able to take position without any explanation. She didn't care to reply to my calls or text messages. I am glad that I invited her for trial and had a back up sitter.
