Hello! =) My name is Adia. I absolutely love children. I am a kind and caring person. I have over 5 1/2 years experience and have cared for as many as 5 children at a time including a baby. And I am willing to can take care of more. Recently I cared for two children during an overnight weekend stay. I am also willing to learn more about childhood development and childcare. Every child is different, unique, and special in their own way & I would be honored to have the time to interact with them, teach them, play with them, and learn from them. The age range I have cared for is 7 months to 9 years. While caring for children of 10 different families I have learned to always try and find the fun in everything. I am great at multitasking. It's the best job in the entire world! It is a great responsibility and the biggest honor to be able to care for and nurture others' children. As a current college student I understand how important balance, multitasking, and hard work is. Which are good skills needed for caring for children. I work on being healthy and active. I love to cook and know that food can be healthy and tasty. I love music and have played the viola for over 10 years. Also I like to do age level activities that are stimulating, fun & memorable.
