I am currently working towards my Masters of Arts in Teaching through the University of New Orleans. I am focusing on Early Childhood Education (PK-3) and I have a special affinity for three and four year olds! In the past, I have taught ballet, art, and preschool, and I have also nannied and babysat numerous times. Most recently, I served as the director of a small summer camp in the area, and I loved everything about it! Project Runway, Iron Chef, kickball, arts and crafts--the best! I attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and earned my B.A. in French in 2012. I adore school, and I particularly loved my experience at LSU. When I wasn’t reading, writing, or practicing my language skills, I spent a great deal of time volunteering through the Honors College, dancing with the Dance Ensemble, and eating many ice cream cones from the Dairy Store. Read more I love to dance, run, and ride my bike along Lake Pontchartrain. I also have a serious Netflix addiction, and enjoy baking, cooking, and writing whenever I can. My favorite things include: my family; the colors purple, pink, and orange; being outside; Alice in Wonderland; ice cream (lots of ice cream); Julia Child; iced coffee; Saint-Malo, France; and fresh flowers (especially poppies). My top three favorite memories include: canoeing with manatees in Florida, backpacking through France, and taking a mega road trip from Nola to Minneapolis last Christmas.
