Hello! My name is Hannah and I am a 26 year old living outside of Boston, MA. I am looking for a morning position either in the city or north of Boston. I currently nanny for a family in the North End (1 boy, 1 girl) and have been working for them for almost 6 years now. Aside from this family, I find myself babysitting for their family friends or other neighborhood children on occasion. I love being around kids and look forward to hearing from you and your family. Before nannying for my current family, I was a camp counselor in high school and a babysitter since 12 years old! I have experience with all ages, from newborns to teenagers and am comfortable with up to 3 children. Starting as a mother’s helper, I then babysat for many families as I went through high school and college. I was Read more unable to complete my college courses due to financial hurdles but am eager to go back and pursue early education once I save up! In the past year I have taken an online HarvardX course on family engagement in education and am constantly eager to learn more effective ways to help children grow. In my current position I handle anything from grocery shopping, doctors/dentist appointments, extracurricular activities, play dates, tutoring/school help, cooking, laundry/cleaning/dishes and more! I am able to follow a family’s schedule, create one to keep the kids on track, or go with the flow of your life! Super flexible and willing to adapt to your families lifestyle. I am looking to blend with a family and help their lives run smoothly while giving their children the best childcare possible. I have experience with overnights and also traveling out of state for extended care. I love being outside exploring the park or inside working on art projects! I’m comfortable going to the playground, aquarium, library, or other child activities around the city. I am very reliable, caring, and full of energy! I am looking for a position that could be 2-3 mornings a week for about 3-5 hours! (Ideally something like Tuesdays & Thursdays 9am-2pm) after 2pm I am not available due to picking up my currently family’s kids from school in the afternoon. I am available Monday-Friday 8am-2pm and occasional weekends or date nights. I do have my own car and am also comfortable taking the t in the city. I am fully vaccinated.
