Hi, my name is Caryse Center and i'm currently a senior at University of Massachusetts Boston Majoring in Criminal Justice. I am also an Intern at the Wayland Police Department. I will be moving to Amherst on June 1st and looking for a summer nannying position. I like playing games, arts/crafts, and keeping them occupied. I am very experienced and I have a lot of patience. I grew up in my grandmothers home, where she had a daycare service and I also helped her out at the childcare center at the YMCA. I have experience with infant twins, infants as young as 4 months, diabetic children, children with food allergies, and multiple children at a time. When we hired Caryse to babysit for us this winter, she committed to us to work Mondays and Wednesdays until the end of June. She told us she sat for another family on Tuesdays and Thursdays and would sit for them full-time for the summer. I had no problem with this as she told us up front. Not only did she cancel on us for a week in March and a week in April with little notice, but she informed me yesterday via text that she would need to babysit for them full-time effective immediately - leaving me without any help 6 weeks early.

Although she had a family emergency, she managed to be on time and stay the full 3 hours I needed her to babysit my little one. When I came home he was happy (this was his first time with a babysitter who isn't family), so I was happy too!
