My name is Kristen and I am a 29-year-old married woman living in Beverly, MA with my husband of four years. I earned a degree in music from the University of Connecticut in 2007. I love working with kids and I love music, so I decided that teaching private lessons was a great way for me to do both at the same time. For the last seven years, I worked as a private music lesson teacher at studios in the Greater Boston/North Shore. After teaching thousands of lessons to hundreds of kids, I decided I wanted to pursue working with kids on a more one-on-one, long-term basis. I am an accomplished singer and have performed at Symphony Hall, Carnegie Hall, and the Tanglewood Music Center. Having won multiple ribbons for my handwork at the Topsfield Fair, I am a skilled knitter and spinner. I absolutely love animals (rabbits are my Read more favorite) and am happy both indoors and out. Transportation is easy, as I have my own vehicle and an excellent driving record. I am happy to assist with the normal duties that go along with caring for children, such as meal preparation and tidying up the house.
