Hello everyone! My name is Deena Diiorio, I am 21 years old, I am a young professional and a Student. I attended North Shore Technical High School, and achieved my nursing assistant license when I was 17 years old. Taking care of people is what I believe I was put on the earth to do, and is one of my greatest passions. I began working in healthcare at a local nursing home caring for the elderly at 17 years old. I worked there for several years but wanted to gain more experience so I currently work at a local hospital on their pediatric/medsurgical unit, which is half children/half adults. I have worked at the Hospital for over a year and I love it! I have extensive experience in working with children from ages 0-18 (including special needs); and extensive experience working with adults (including special needs).
