I started working in this filed since I was 11yrs old. I have a passion for children. I always knew I wanted to teach. I worked for about 8yrs in preschool. Then began nannying as a side job, that's when i truly found my passion. I loved the one on one experiences. daycare and preschool so many children in a class you can't really individual attention as much as you would like. I am also a mother a 4 year old boy. I have always felt i had experience in this field but becoming a mom makes you that much more experienced. I also have some college in early Childhood Education and observing and recording. I have worked with infants for 5 yrs. I have worked with multiples and twins. I also have experience with special needs.
