Hi I am Gina! I have been in the field of early childhood education and development since 2007. I am infant, toddler and preschool teacher certified through EEC. I have been a teacher in Cambridge and Roxbury MA. As well as in Udaipur India. Most recently I taught in Cambridge at a bilingual Arabic and English school. After which my husband and I lived in Cairo for a year. In Roxbury I worked with homeless children and their families at local non profit. It was a challenging environment where I learned a great deal about social emotional teaching strategies. In Cambridge I taught at a Regio inspired parent cooperative center, where curriculum was child centered and play based. In India I lead a classroom of toddler aged students, doing creative arts curriculum and English. I am interested in expressive therapies ie. dance, visual arts and creative writing. I am CPR Read more certified and have had annually 20 hours of professional development workshops to keep current and updated in the field of child development and education. I am excited about care giving and I am also a good cook! I am also a mother of a beautiful little girl, so your child would have a instant playmate. I love infants it is such a beautiful stage. I have basic to intermediate Hindi/Urdu speaking ability. I don't increase my rate per child, the site makes me put in a amount.
