Hello! My name is Lauren, and I am a 28-year-old first grade teacher looking for a long-term nanny position! A little about me: I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Psychology, so that I not only have a background in education, but child development as well. I have also completed my Master’s degree in Integrated Teaching through the Arts from Lesley University in Cambridge. I have worked in early childhood classrooms for the past 6 years, and most recently was a first grade teacher in Newton. I decided to go back to school to pursue another degree as I hope to teach Kindergarten one day, although for the time being, I’m looking to nanny in the Boston area and to find a nice family to work for. I am also infant and child CPR certified, and I consider caring for children, whether in a classroom or at home, to be a great responsibility. I am a very hard worker no matter setting I am in, and I consider myself lucky to be in a field that I love! I have lived in Boston my whole life, and I do have a car, although I also live close to the T and am very familiar with the city! I consider myself to be friendly, easygoing, and kind, and am hoping to find the same in a family!
