Hi! My name is Natasha and I have a breadth of experience in direct childcare as a babysitter and nanny, a counselor of at risk and emotionally disturbed children (in Residential group home settings and juvenile detention), an educator, and have worked in the helping and caring profession in one capacity or another for the past ten years. I am well educated with a BA in English, MFA in Acting/Directing/Vocal Performance, MA in Professional Counseling, and am a certified ESL instructor as well. I adore working with children and am currently looking for a full-time position that will afford me the opportunity to put my training, experience, and joy of working with young people to good use. I am a trained educator and counselor, in addition to being an artist , so I bring with me not just childcare experience but a creative and unique perspective on how best to Read more engage with children of all ages. I have worked with infants, toddler, tweens, teens, and young adults. I just genuinely enjoy working with children of all ages and am at a point where I realize that being a full-time nanny is the best way for me to utilize the education and experience I have. I am of the philosophy that children should be both seen and heard--always, and that the best way for them to grown, learn and become happy and successful adults is to treat them with love and respect, and to set positive examples and role-models for them to emulate. I am active and a life long learner so I feel that I have as much to learn from them as they can from me.
