I've been experiencing childcare since I was 12. While watching my grandma being a nanny that caught my attention and made me interested in trying what she loved to do. I nannied 2 children for a year and I can say that it was the best decision of my life. I love going helping with homework, doing indoor and outdoors activities, some light housekeeping, light meal preparation, arts and crafts, reading and nap time. I make sure they are always happy and having fun. I care so much and kids need to feel loved and know that they are safe next to others. My point of view is, once you work at what you love, you won't need to work a day of your life.

Do not hire. She is unreliable and irresponsible. She sent me a text a half hour before she was supposed to pick up my son saying she this wasn't the right job and just quit. I had to rush from work to pick up my son. She won't return my house key or garage door opener. I have never had a worse experience.
