Over the past six years I've been a nanny to five different families, caring for many of their children from infancy into the toddler years. I find great joy in watching them learn and grow in their beginning years of life as they learn to navigate the world. Much of my childcare philosophy is based in letting children explore things that they are drawn to, at their own pace, while giving them plenty of access to nature. I also believe in responding compassionately and collaboratively when children need help navigating difficult emotions and situations. The family I am currently working with is moving out of state so I'm hoping to find a new family with an infant and/or young child(ren) to work with. I'm available 20-40 hours/week M-Th (Fridays available later this year), open to a nanny share, CPR and First Aid certified, and have references.
