Almost immediately after posting our job we got a response from Kaitlyn and even though it was short notice we asked if Kaitlyn would be able to come over the next day for an interview. She got to our house early and when she came in the door, my normally slow to warm up to strangers 3.5yr old daughter ran over to her and gave her a huge hug around the waist! Kaitlyn is very sweet, the interview was easy because it was so easy to talk to her and she left us with a very good feeling. We also had a chance to meet her husband, and he was a very nice young man, who left us with the impression that they were a great military family. We decided to have her babysit that weekend for date night and again she showed up early happy to be there with our daughter very happy to see her again. She had to make some dinner which she didn't have any problems with and at one point we called saying we'd be out a little late and she said, "not a problem, have fun!" All in all it was a very pleasant experience and we've already asked her to come back!

Had a scheduled interview with Kaitlyn and she never showed up. I had to send her a message and ask her if she was interested since she didn't show up. Totally unreliable.
