Hi There! I'm Shannon, a 25 year old college graduate who just recently moved to this wonderful city! I hold a BM in Voice Performance from the University of Southern Maine. I have a background in music and theater and in the last two years was able to share that with kids! Before I moved, I was a group class instructor at the Paige Conservatory for Performing Arts, teaching Musical Theater Song & Dance class to grades K-2 and 3-5. I have experience dealing with large groups of children (8+) in my classes, and also one-on-one. I was also involved in an interactive children's theater group that put on Fairy Tale plays for audiences of kids ages 1-6. It was so fun!! I have a great interest in the arts, which I feel can foster creativity and imagination in children. My childcare days began when I helped out in the Read more Nursery and Sunday School at my church. I look forward to being able to spend some time with some new families in the city!
