Hi there! My name is Andrea Hewett and I am a 19 year old George Washington University student majoring in exercise science/physical therapy! I am enthusiastic and I love to really get children engaged throughout my time with them--in other words, I'm up for ANYTHING other than sitting inside staring at a screen! (Playing outside, going to the beach, reading, boardgames, etc.) Experience: I have been babysitting since I was about 14, for infants as well as young children. For several summers I worked at Windridge Tennis and Sports sleepaway camp where I was responsible for a cabin of girls of varying ages (for 2 weeks per cabin). I worked with girls from ages 8-15. I also have experience working with physically disabled children as an instructor at a therapy horseriding barn. Driving: I am a safe driver with my own car who has never been in an accident.
