I worked as a teachers aid in the Worcester Public Schools with preschool and kindergarten age children. Successfully established my own family childcare daycare/preschool. Provided care for infants up to school age. Designed a curriculum appropriate for all ages within my care. Was licensed by the state and carried liability insurance. Certified yearly in CPR and first aid and continued educational courses/workshops. Included in my childcare I would incorporate field trips that would enhance the weekly curriculum. Held special events for holidays and also to welcome new families. Worked with other childcare providers in my community providing back up care. I closed my business due to a family member having terminal cancer. I miss working with children and would love to find a wonderful family that I could be a nanny for.
