Spoke with Jenny via phone and she sounds like a great candidate. We set up a time to meet and I did have to switch that time at the last minute. She was then a no-show for the rescheduled interview. So, my review is for the no-show status, not her actual nannying skills - based on her phone interview she seems like a skilled caregiver. Hopefully there was a good reason for the no-show status or it was a misunderstanding. I don't like to give negative reviews but I spent a lot of time with potential candidates who suddenly stopped communicating - which is unprofessional.
