I am first aid and CPR certified. My undergraduate degree is in Child Development. From September 2010 to January 2011 I was a teacher's assistant at a local elementary school where I lived. I worked alongside the K-3rd grade special education teacher. From February 2011 to April 2011 I was a volunteer teacher's assistant at a school in Perth, Australia at a school for refugee children. I worked with children ages 6 to 11. From August 2013 to December 2013 I was an intern at Colorado State University's Early Childhood Center. I gained experience with many of the preschool teacher's duties. The classroom was 24 children, all ages 4 to 5. From March 2015 to October 2015 I was a preschool teacher for Bright Horizons.
