Hello! My name is Evelyn. I have 10+ years of experience in a variety of childcare settings, starting as a babysitter on the odd night throughout middle school and high school, tutoring and camp counselor-ing, and then nannying full-time from 2020 to earlier this summer. The ages I’ve worked with range from ~4 months old to early teens, but most of my experiences have been with toddlers and <10 year olds! I am CPR and Basic Life Support certified. I am passionate about the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children. I am an exceptionally caring person, and I love to play with children in ways that engage them on each of these fronts, all while having them feel loved and taken care of. I am also very patient and understanding. I am a musician (piano, singing, guitar, and others), a lover of art, and am very fun-loving. I just Read more finished my first semester of graduate school, pursuing my Occupational Therapy Doctorate at MGH Institute of Health Professions. I am a full-time student, so I am available for part-time childcare work or occasional babysitting gigs when I’m not busy in school or studying! Starting in September, my general availability is weekday evenings and weekends. From August 8th to September 2nd I will not be in classes so I am available to schedule anytime!
