I started my nanny career as Au pair since July/2013. With my host family, I took care of 2 kids, a boy(6yo) and a girl (8yo). My chores were, help them with breakfast, make their school lunches, take them to school, pick them up, drive them to the extra activities, like: piano class, swimming lessons, pool, playground... While they’re at school I used to help with the kids laundry, and cleaning the breakfast and lunch dishes. We had a lot of fun along, my host family were super nice, they helped me a lot with my adaptation in USA. The kids and I become a really good friends, they like to be around me and having fun together, they tell me all the time that they will miss me and they don't want me to go. but they’re also happy I just got married and they will be able to Read more see me once in a while. I’m still working with them but my second year it’s almost done and I just got married and I intend to return to my college, I was studying Economics in Brazil so I’m looking for a job as a nanny live out to make it possible and ‘cause I really love kids and work with them, monitor their development make me so proud.
