I work as an after school instructor and camp counselor at a rock climbing gym and have many years of babysitting experience, along with being a sailing instructor for children and a coach for a youth climbing team. I've worked with kids as young as about 6 months old all the way up to teenagers and every age in between. Working at the gym we see kids of all different maturity levels and all different needs levels, I've spent a lot of time working with children with special needs and although I don't have any professional training of the sort, I like to think I've gotten pretty good at working with kids of all different levels of social skills and communication levels.
