I am a caring wife and mother of a three month old who has years of experience as a caregiver/educator and is looking for part time work as a caregiver. I began working with children as a teen in the after school program of my home town and education has been my passion ever since. I have experience with children of all ages, having nannied for toddlers and young children and worked in summer camps and schools with kindergarteners to eighth graders. Throughout college I worked at an after school program and spent my summers as a camp counselor. After graduating from Stonehill College in 2009 with a degree in psychology and a minor in Spanish I began working as an elementary school special education paraprofessional. I worked as a paraprofessional and nanny for several years while I completed the Post Baccalaureate Teacher Licensure Program at Framingham State University. I have worked in the BMR district for the past three years up until the birth of my first child this spring. At that point my husband and I decided it would be best if I stay home and care for our daughter. I am available to care for your child/children in my home or yours, with the understanding that my daughter would be with me. In addition, I am surrounded by youngsters in my personal life as I have a three month old daughter, a 6 year old niece, and four nephews all under the age of 7 and living within ten minutes of me. So, if you are looking for your child to meet other children, I know lots of little friends! In summary, I am a loving, highly qualified educator with an abundance of experience in the care and education of children from infancy through adolescence.
