Hi There, I am 22 years old and have been working with children since the age of 14. I first started my experiences with children working as a naturalist in training for Maria Mitchell Association. Since then I now have a bachelors in psychology and am studying to have my masters as a speech and language pathologist. Since Maria Mitchell I have taken part in many clubs and organizations such as autism speaks and best buddies working with young children who have developmental disabilities. Through my undergraduate schooling I also had two internships in which I worked in schools as a SLP assistant, helping children in their daily school routines. I consider myself to be very experienced in working with children and have had plenty of opportunities in the past to help get me more involved in the lives of young children. I have been summering on nantucket since I Read more was a baby and have a family home there. For the past six summers I worked for nantucket golf club and was highly involved with the kids and families that would come to the club. I am very outgoing and have a deep passion for working with children.
