I am a former teacher and web administrator for a private Catholic nursery school out of Charlestown, Massachusetts. I had my first child in August of 2013 and transitioned into working locally to be closer to home. My son has accompanied me in my nannying journey from the beginning and he is very fun and easygoing, and he absolutely adores children of all ages! We will be transitioning him into a part-time pre-k program in Spring of 2016, but in the meantime he is my 'assistant'. I will be offering pre-k curriculum and if your children are in this stage, they could most certainly benefit from it! I offer age-appropriate T. E. R. C. math, Handwriting Without Tears, and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) based curriculum. I believe that learning, especially for young children, needs to be interest-based and in the form of play.
