Hi! My name is Heather Altidor. I am a wife, mother, and nanny. I have a degree in Business and have 8 years of experience in childcare. I own my own car and have a clean driving record.I just ended a wonderful job of over 4 years for a family with boys who are now 5 years old and 3 years old. My duties for this family included laundry, light meal preparation, school pick up and drop off, music class, and attending activities together. My past experience includes tutoring elementary and middle school aged children, nannying infants, multiples, and children up to the age of 10 years old. I have a black lab and a cat. I believe music and reading are an extremely important aspect of a child's development. Reading is one of my passions. I also love art projects and baking! As a mother, I know how important it is to stimulate children's minds as well as allow them to wander freely and imagine. I think imaginative play is so exciting and necessary to a child's world. One of my favorite activities with my daughter is to put on puppet shows and talk and sing in different voices. I am excited about the new possibilities that are awaiting with a new family to love and help care for.
