Hi families! My name is Caroline and I am new to the New Jersey area. My husband and I just moved here, and as we get settled I will be taking a break from teaching this year and look forward to getting back into childcare! I have a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Art Education from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design. I also hold my teaching license in Massachusetts (where we are from). I have worked in schools professionally in Special Education, Autism Spectrum Disorder Programs, and Art Education for over 3 years. Before I started my teaching career, I nannied/babysat for various families for over 10 years. I have worked with children as young as 3 months to 14 years old. In past jobs, I have gained much experience cooking, cleaning, light housework, and bringing the children where they need to be: such as sports practice, music Read more lessons, and the park. I am a very creative and artistic person, and I love doing fun craft projects, reading stories, adventuring outdoors, and baking with the children. My ideal schedule would be Monday-Friday as early as 6am-3:30pm. But the times of course are flexible for the right family. I will also be available for “date nights” with at least 2 weeks notice.
