I am an infant/toddler/preschool OCCS certified teacher. Certified in pediatric first aid and cpr. I also have a state licensed home daycare located at 16 Bowen rd. Peabody, ma. 01960. Lic #2087655. I have worked in preschools as a teacher including kindercare learning centers, and St. John's children's center. I also majored in Early Childhood Education and Care in College with a degree. I also have had the opportunity in my 15 years experience in the field to nanny for a family in which I've become" very close with over the 4 years I've been with them. I have been enrolling children in my in home licensed daycare since I got my license in 2006, and currently have one child enrolled in addition to my son and daughter, I am presently enrolling and only enroll a small few not your traditional daycare 3 or 4 at full-capacity. I am also a mother of a seven Read more year old little boy and 4 year old little girl. I guess what defines me and seperates me from other providers is that I offer the highest standards of affordable quality childcare, I truly believe that what I do assists the future leaders of our country live more harmonious with eachother. Anyone can provide childcare but its the quality that too often times lacks and therefore care is often inappropriate or overly stimulating not meeting childrens developmental needs. In my daycare a developmental appropriate practice and curriculum is always emphazied including building on skills and abiliies through each domain physical, emotional, social, cognitive, and language. A Thematic Approach too is enhanced and Learning areas are used in my facility to give opportunities for structured and unstructured activities informative and creative activities including art, math, science, cooking, manipulative, and creative. There is a balance between active and quiet independent play/learning as well. If you are interested in any of my services you may contact me directly at (1-978-979-3932) or you can also contact the Department of Early Education and Care and my Licensor Celeste Polonia. At (978-826-1325) organization for licensed providers for more info on myself and my daycare you can call for your own peace of mind, because believe me I'm a mother and I know the anxiety that goes along with the agony of leaving your children with someone other then you besides personal family. You can feel secure to leave your children in my care that their needs will be met for health, happiness, and safety.
