We have used Bethany on a per diem basis to care for our infant daughter (4 mo old). She is very pleasant, upbeat, and professional, with a calm and gentle demeanor. I work from home and am able to see them interact throughout the day. Bethany engages and entertains my daughter throughout her time at my home. I have no doubts she could handle a much more challenging situation with ease. We will definitely be hiring her again.
